All match cards MUST be returned to league Registrar Kevin Campbell, at 5 St
Cianans Villas, Duleek, Co Meath, within 5 days of game taken place,
deadline 12,pm following Saturday night, for Monday Divisions, and following
Thursday for Friday Divisions;

Clubs posting there cards are strongly advised to use swift post
registration, and to retain there receipt in case they need it,
Remember proof of posting is not considered Proof of delivery, and clubs may
need there receipt, to trace missing card;

The league in all cases allow a reasonable amount of time for cards that are
posted to appear, and providing it does appear, with proper posting date
marked clearly on it, then it may, depending on circumstances, still be
accepted;

Remember cards MUST be retuned to league registrar ONLY, leaving them here
and there for anybody else, is done at your own risk, should they get lost,
The onus remains on the clubs to make sure they there cards back to league
registrar on time, or points will have to be DEDUCTED, as per rule;

League will accept no responsibility for cards returned to anybody else,
including fellow Committie members, other than league registrar, either by
post or by hand;
