    League strongly recommends using swift registered post if posting same, winning team responsible, home team if a draw;

    No match card equals NO POINTS as per rule.

    Please do not leave match cards anywhere else or with anybody else, inc other committie members, send or deliver direct to League Registrar ONLY;

    Teams Late may forfeit Game.

    In Order to avoid walk over and claims for points etc, due to teams arriving late, League strongly advise teams travelling, to leave there own pub on time, ie, No later than 8.30 Approx.

    Match Results;
    Must be phoned or text in to League PRO, John Grimes at 086/4034572, within one hour of game been completed;
    winning team responsible, home team if a draw.
    No Result Equals €20 Fine, 1st Offence, €30 2nd Offence, €50 3rd and all further offence's; All money collected from all fines within league are Donated to Local Charities within area; Please try and send in Result immediately after game is OVER, Don't Wait and Forget.

    ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECKED IN AND REGISTERED BY 1 - 30 LATEST; COMPETITION STARTS 2PM SHARP;

    ALL NAMES AND ENTRY FEES MUST BE IN WITH COMMITTIE BY THURSDAY 16TH FEBRUARY DRAW WILL TAKE PLACE THAT NIGHT IN CARRANSTOWN LODGE DULEEK AT 8/30 SHARP. ENTRIES ON OFFICIAL ENTRY FORMS ONLY PLEASE;

    ENTRY FEE €10 PER PLAYER, MINIMUM PRIZE FUND OF €1000; PRIZE MONEY FOR LAST 16 PLAYERS;

    DOUBLES TOURNAMENT TAKES PLACE ON SUNDAY 11TH MARCH 2012; ALSO IN BOYNE VALLEY DROGHEDA.
