2.Team may register 20 players max ,players registered and cleared by committee by start of league.

3.Board Open, 9.15pm, Sharp; Names on Board, 9:30pm, Sharp. Game starts, 9/45,pm, Sharp,
 Team late May forfeit, Match, Pts, etc.

4.Result sheet must be returned to league sec within 5 days of match, otherwise points will be deducted

5.Offical result sheets only,Automatic 20 fine for each use of non official sheet.(fines must be paid by start of the next season

6.Games will only be cancelled due to death of registered player or pub being closed and with the permission of the executive committee.Such fixtures must be played on or before following Friday night.Responsible team to forfeit home advantage(where teams cannot agree on night for re-fixture] game must be played on Friday night

7.Any team failing to fulfill 2 league games will be eliminated from all further league and cup games
Only teams who fulfill league program will qualify for the shield competition

8.Any team playing an UN-registered player will forfeit the match.(Selectors,player,captain to be suspended)
(A)Any team lodging an objection must do so within 5 days of match, together with 50 fee,individuals wishing to lodge an appeal to a decision taken by the committee,must do so within 5 days of hearing and include 50 appeal to league secretary(Refundable if successful)

9.Butt 7-9 ¼ on a raised Ockey, Dart board in1st class condition, marking board must be in front of players

10.Result sheet must be signed by all players,prior to playing and by both captains afterwards and must include official result/score of individual game, if not points WILL be deducted(Both Captains responsible)

11.2pts win,1 pt draw

12.All league games in Prem Div, 1-2 on Monday nights, Div 3 on Friday Nights [ Trial Basis]

13.Promaotion and relegation system applies to all divisions;

14.No player(s) may play in lower div than previous year except those relegated or granted permission by grading committee

15.Only registered player(s) allowed to play in all competitions run by the league.

16.Prem DIV Teams, allowed 4 graded players per panel, play on equal basis down to a minimum of 3. Graded Players, play each other ,1-3-5 or 7 (Div.1,Teams allowed 2 graded players, Div 2,[1] Div3 None
(1 international or 1 professional [per panel), This rule applies to all competitions in league.
In League play offs, graded players will play at 1 – 2 – 5 – 6;

. All Players Playing In league Must Be 18 Years of Age Or Over.

18.Teams short on players must make opposition aware prior to start of match;

19.Properly stamped copy of registration form,must be available for inspection, if required, failure to
provide same, could result in league fine of €50. Where applicable same applies for Graded players List.

20.Any player(s) signing more than 1 registration form will be suspended from playing in the league, until appearing before the committee

21.Executive committee(4) plus 1 committee member responsible for all discipline matters in league

22.Entry fee;   300 (1 Team)   450 (2 teams)   600 (3 Teams) .

.Teams in Prem Div, allowed to sign 4 extra players after registration, providing panel is not already full,
Minimum of 1 week notification required and committee approval.
Teams in Div 1,2,3 allowed to sign 2 Extra players, after registration, subject to committee approval.
All extra registrations must be on official registration forms, [No Graded Players Allowed After Registration]
And cannot play until receiving official clearance from executive committie;  [Deadline, 10th Jan.]

24.In order to eliminate unnecessary play-offs teams who have qualified but finish level on points will be separated by a countback system.C.D.F

Committee may run various single/doubles comps during league In DBLS partners must be from same club,1 graded player per pair allowed.
All Prize Money, must be collected by winner [s] ONLY, on night of competition, if not money will go into
Charity fund.  DEADLINE For Registration will be 2/30, with competitions starting at 3.PM Sharp;

27.
Cup Games; 8@ side, 1= 1001- 4 Dbls, 1=601, 8 Singles,1=501. Shield, 9 @ side, 3=301, D/S, D/F.
                               Toss to decide who goes first, in both competitions;

28. ALL Perpetual Trophies Presented to clubs must be returned to league in same condition as received,
or clubs concerned, will be held responsible, for replacing same, at present day values;

  Where a score is finished, as called in line with score on board, then result will stand,
Where error is made by caller/marker, and not noticed before player throws, if finished game will stand,
Once darts are thrown, score must stand.

30.
First team allowed to use 1 [B] team Player, Per Game if Necessary, Maximum of 4 times per            
         player, Before player is re graded as 1st team player.
Player must be identified on match card as Registered [B] Team player;

31. Players registered with 1st teams, who haven’t played with that team, may apply to be re graded down To 2nd team, re grading fee of €25 will apply to all such cases;
      All applications must be made in writing, to league Sec, Half Fee Refundable if succesfull,
Committie decision will be final and binding, no appeals allowed;

32; At A.G. M,  All registered clubs, will have 1 vote, New clubs, allowed to attend , No Vote.

33;
Results phoned in to Lge PRO, Within 1 hour of match finishing,
otherwise club responsible, will be fined, First Offence, €20,  2nd €30,  3RD €50;

34; All clubs in league Must have reliable E/MAIL Address.

35. Committee decisions are final and binding;
